This past week was the Kids Camp called “Kidz Kaboom” at Allison Park Church. We had over 350 kids from the North Hills area in attendence and over 75 Junior High and High School workers come at 7:30am (wasn’t use to getting up that early again). Each year we do a thing called the “Penny Weigh” which is when the boys and girls bring in pennies in every day and at the end of the week, the losing team’s captain gets a giant pie in the Face. Up till last year the boys have won 7 years in a row. The girls won last year. And this year the Girls won with probably keeping the Scripture Verse in mind, Philppians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strenghens me” And so the end result was Pastor Joe (now known as Sherrif Pie) got the Giant Pie in the face.
